There are two ways to use The Lending Library. Make your own edit: explore the collection, select the pieces you love and add them to your shortlist. Or commission a Studio Edit: give us the brief and, for an additional studio fee, our designers will curate the collection for you. Drawing on years of experience designing and styling exceptional spaces, and an intimate knowledge of every piece in The Library.
It’s access not just to the collection, but to the people who built it.
Tell us when & where.
Once you’ve created an account and signed in, everything happens in one place.
Tell us your hire dates, where the pieces are going and the details of your project directly through the website. Your selected pieces will sit alongside your enquiry, ready for us to review.
We’ll check the Library.
We’ll check availability across your edit and prepare a clear hire quotation for your chosen dates. Once approved, the pieces are reserved for you and removed from availability.
Collection.
Your order will be prepared, checked and ready for collection from The Lending Library at the agreed time.
If you need transport, we can suggest a small network of trusted local hauliers who know our collection and how it should be handled. Transport is arranged directly between you and your chosen haulier.
Enjoy it. Then bring it back.
Live with it. Style it. Shoot it. Have dinner around it.
When the hire is over, return the collection to the Library. We’ll take care of the rest.
